This project helped us stand out as a commercial contracting company to reckon with. We demonstrated our capability in building construction when we built the 57000 sq ft Muffaddal Shopping Arcade in Mumbai, in 90 days flat, from start to finish. The project called for meticulous planning and co-ordination with diverse agencies detailing every aspect of construction. The project was both an engineering feat as well as an example of razor-sharp, fully optimized processes . While the use of steel frame construction helped us deliver a high-quality product, our highly skilled team and mature processes aided the project completion in highly crunched timelines.

We were able to use steel frame, bolting technology and slip-form shuttering, along with our efficient delivery practices, to construct 3,17,000 sq ft of area to build a 12-storey and a 13-storey residential complex in Anjeerwadi, Mumbai in just nine months per building! What was noteworthy, is that we also made an extension to the building whilst it was occupied without hindering the daily life of its residents.

With this association of 20 years, we gained strength as a building construction company. Over the years we were trusted with civil construction and interior finishing of various buildings in Saifee Hospital in Mumbai, including Doctors & Nurses Quarters, Saifee Hospital - Annex Building for Accounts Department, Interior for Cardio Department and Saifee Ambulance Medical Diagnostic Centre.
