Shk. Asgar Arsiwalla
Founder
Our story began in 1980, when our founder, Shk Asgar Arsiwalla, diversified his existing family business in electrical transmission and switchgear products to foray into the world of civil contracting. Shk. Asgar Arsiwala who is the personification of the company's ethics, values and principles, continues to play an active role in the business and guide us. He has provided us with roots and helped us grow wings.

Over the next 40 odd years, we have grown brick by brick from the erstwhile Arsiwalla Group to our new identity as Beacon Associates, making our mark in the world of Real Estate and Contracting.
Mr. Khuzaima Arsiwalla
MD & CEO
With over 35 years of professional experience, our MD & CEO, Mr. Khuzaima Arsiwalla has helped harness the inherent potential of the company for residential and commercial building construction services, as major real estate developers, hospitality property developers and maintenance services. He has played a pivotal role in fulfilling the needs of social responsibility and laying the foundation of real estate development.

Mr. Arsiwalla joined the group, leaving behind a rich career in investment banking. His previous role as Managing Director with Citigroup Global Markets in Hong Kong, involved overseeing and managing the group's Asia Pacific Listed Derivatives Business.

His expertise in global management practices has given new impetus and direction to the company. He understands the inherent potential of the industry and the momentous role it can play in fulfilling the need of social and infrastructure development.

He has built a team of committed professionals and experts to realize the growth of the business.

We focus on engineering solutions through technology and processes to ensure the strength and quality of our constructions. This gives us a competitive advantage. We specialize in steel frame construction which is quicker, has lower labour costs and fewer time-consuming preliminaries. It also speeds up the development process. Being faster to erect, the lightweight steel frame construction ensures the project is completed well within time and budget. We have applied this Steel Technology for completing construction in record time.

We also use the world's best Slip Form Shuttering system from MEVA Inc of Germany. Slip Form technology helps speed up construction activity and leads to a better finished product. Our efficiency and speed of execution set us apart. We can achieve near-impossible timelines through technology, process engineering, efficient project planning & tracking and logistics management.

We use tools such as MS Projects, Revit and Primevera to optimize project planning and guarantee on-time delivery, every time.
We are planning to integrate SAP software, to optimize consumption of resources, minimize wastages and enable real-time tracking of project progress to troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
