ENGINEERS

DGM / Project Manager

Minimum 25 Years of experience.

To lead Project having multiple towers.

Having experience in Residential / Commercial projects in RCC and finishing works.

Having experience of working in a contracting firm.

Location Pune.

MEP Engineer

Knowledge of MEP systems for Residential, Commercial and Hotel buildings.

Preparing excel sheets and word documents for schedules and quantities for the systems as required for the project.

Assist in tendering for MEP contracts.

Review MEP contractor's work method statement, bills, quality & records.

Coordinating with site team and consultants.

Assist in the testing and commissioning of MEP equipment.

Maintain project drawings / records / revisions.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction field.

Graduate in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering.

Mumbai based only.

B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical) with 2-3 years of experience. Should be able to execute the MEP division (Residential Building) from start to finish effectively & efficiently.

Assistant

Personal Assistant

To provide executive level administrative support to MD (Company's owner).

Aid MD in preparing for meetings.

Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills - good command over English.

Good with documentation and correspondence.

Should be open to travel to various cities along with MD.

Will get good exposure and learning from a company owner's perspective.

Graduate in Architecture or Civil Engineering.

Mumbai based preferred.

Human Resource (HR)

HR Manager

Preferred experience of working in a Construction contracting company.

Maintenance of record and data entry of all employees.

Knowledge in compliance of all statutory requirements of Contract labour, PF, Construction workers, minimum wages etc.

Knowledge on Labour Laws.

Thorough with induction and exit formality of employees.

Co-ordinating interviews, negotiating salaries.

Graduate in any stream.

Mumbai based only.

Supervisor / Foreman

Interior

Having expertise in Italian Marble and tiling.

Guide Mason Kadias to obtaian required quality.

Directly handle labours to plan work front and get productivity.

Has worked in contracting firm.

Location Mumbai / Pune.

Minimum 10 years' experience.
